Instructor: Sarah Dimick is a registered yoga teacher and owner of Avani Yoga & Wellness. Avani partners with local and state environmental and conservation groups to support fundraising efforts through donation-based yoga classes. Summer yoga camps for children (learn to be "A friend of the Earth"), workshops, and wellness retreats that involve an element of service to the environment are all ways you can take care of yourself while you take care of the earth.
