Tuesday, November 8th - Full Moon - SOLD OUT (waitlist available)
The full Moon is a time to be receptive, to take the light and awareness of spirit into your emotional and physical body. It's a great time to support your release of the old and unnecessary through movement and reflection. This month's full moon is sometimes referred to as the frost moon or beaver moon, and is also a total lunar eclipse. It represents a time to let go of drama, power plays, and being overly materialistic.

It's a great time to support your release of the old and unnecessary through movement and reflection. The December full moon is sometimes referred to as the Cold Moon, which corresponds with nature’s dormant energy. It’s a time for introspection and soul-searching, a chance to recharge and reconnect. Give yourself a chance to escape the busyness and stress of the holiday season through this nourishing workshop.
Wednesday, December 21st - Winter Solstice - SOLD OUT (waitlist available)
As the official start to winter, the Winter Solstice has been celebrated around the world for thousands of years. This shortest, darkest day of the year is a time for reflection. It's also an occasion to celebrate all you have learned this year and look forward to what's ahead. During this time, we are invited to realign with our goals and ideals as we look toward the new year ahead - despite the chaos of the holiday season.
Stay tuned for 2023 dates!
You will be led by Amanda Sherer, a trained yoga teacher with years of experience teaching movement classes throughout the Madison area. Feel free to come early to wander the prairie trails and connect more with nature and the seasons.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat (if you don't have one, reach out as we may have one for you to borrow), water bottle, and any props (like a small pillow and/or blanket) to make yourself comfortable during the guided meditation.
