Apprentice for Heritage Foodways Workshops - Opportunity to work alongside Steve Keip on the Wood Stove Cooking Workshops, Holiday Teas, and Heritage Fest. Position purpose is to have a second person who can conduct additional workshops, and possibly create new ways to show off the wood stove. The right individual would be a reasonably good cook with excellent organizational and planning skills. These workshops don't just happen, there is a lot of planning that goes into a successful one. FILLED 8/1/21  Grounds and Maintenance Position (Part-time) - Work at a Dane County historical park in a beautiful setting and friendly, outdoor environment. General functions include maintenance of park grounds and buildings, minor building/machinery repairs and assistance with public park events. More details can be found here. Reports to Park Administrator. Accepting applications until July 12th, 2021.
FILLED 6/28/21  Office Administrator (Part-time) - The person in this position would be involved in addressing a variety of different tasks and have substantial autonomy, with weekly guidance and oversight from the Park Administrator. General functions include maintenance of membership records, website updates, and social media platforms, serve as point of contact for facility rental inquiries, provide board meeting support and assist with logistics of main public events. Reports to Park Administrator.
