To deepen your connection with this ancient practice, you’ll taste different teas and craft your own herbal tea blend to take home. Whether you're a tea enthusiast or new to the tea world, this workshop will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and steeped in nourishment. Amanda Sherer is a mother, a 200-hour trained yoga teacher, and a non-profit professional. Her passion for wellness, nature, slow living, and community building fuels everything she does. She believes in the power of small rituals, intentional gatherings, and mindful practices to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
